I had a great weekend antiquing and art-ing with my friends Sandie and Darlene.
It was a cold, windy weekend, but the sun was warm and bright.
Renninger's Art Extravaganza was enormous! We walked around non-stop for 8 hours and didn't even see half of the vendors! I especially enjoyed the themed vendor booths that we gorgeously styled.
We all had this Columbian culinary treat, corn pancakes with mozzarella filling, for lunch.
They were absolutely delicious! I had mine with hot sauce.
Here is a small portion of my antiquing haul.
Relaxing with two of my favorites, coffee and and art magazine.
Darlene was a gracious hostess, driving us all over town. She took us to Sam Flax art store and here is some of the fabulous things I bought there.
I was so excited to find this vintage stamp carousel! I had been looking for one of these for ages.
Darlene had Sandie and I over to her house for an artist's play date.
Here is an art journal page I made at our play date. Mixed Media / GlueBook.
My collage stash happily at home in the "new" vintage basket I got at the antique fair.
We were blessed with a gorgeous sky on the way home.
I am truly blessed to have such wonderful friends.
It was a great weekend!
